Plan your meals carefully
Eating is one of the biggest joys of travelling, but you might need to plan your meals a little more carefully. Instead of grazing throughout the day, try to stick to designated meal times, and avoid snacks between meals.
Since you have to remove your aligners every time you eat or drink, you can minimise the fuss by sticking to three meals a day. You’ll need to rinse your mouth and aligners before you replace the, so try to choose restaurants and cafes with good bathroom facilities.
